BetaSweep was created by Corey Machanic (opens in a new window), a website and UX/UI design consultant, product designer, and frontend developer based in Burlington, Vermont. Corey is the co-founder of Flavor Plate, a website solution for restaurants, (opens in a new window) and the principal of Corey Machanic Interactive, a boutique web design consultancy. He has built websites for everyone from small local businesses to Fortune 500 organizations since 1998.

Over those years, Corey recognized that accessibility, SEO & AI readability, and performance are almost always treated as separate concerns—separate tools, separate subscriptions, separate reports. But they're woven together—move one and the others shift with it.
